Verily's mission is to make the world's health data useful so that people enjoy healthier lives
Verily is leading Project Baseline. Launched in 2015, Verily is a subsidiary of Alphabet and sister company to Google focused on life sciences and healthcare. Verily is developing tools to collect and organize health data, then creating interventions and solutions that put insights derived from that health data to use for more comprehensive care.
We partner with institutions such as Duke University School of Medicine, Stanford Medicine, the American Heart Association, government agencies, and healthcare organizations to use every bit and byte of health information to improve people's lives.

Our core values
Like pioneers discovering new lands, we are invigorated by the opportunity to map new regions of health and disease. We seek bold ways to leverage technology to learn more about human health and transform the future of care.
We value human-centered design and diverse perspectives. We strive to build trust, communicate openly, and lead with empathy. By sharing our ways of life and health experiences, we can each contribute to the map of human health.
We take our responsibility to protect data seriously by upholding the highest privacy and security standards possible.
We are committed to delivering an excellent, human-centered experience and producing high caliber data and research. We believe that we can create meaningful, positive impact through a process of testing, evaluating feedback and data, and refining.
