Connecting research & care
Making research more accessible
Research should happen where people live: in the real world. We’re developing new tools and technologies that fit into your daily life and generate useful health information.
I really enjoy my Study Watch and people love the look!
Baseline Health Study Participant
Participate, see results and access resources
When you join a study, you'll have access to the Baseline app. Through the app, you can:

Security & compliance
We are committed to maintaining high privacy standards and keeping your data safe. Project Baseline follows federal and state regulations governing the collection and use of an individual's data, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Data is stored in advanced systems with best-in-class security and privacy protocols.
To learn more, read our privacy policy.
Taking part in a Mission
Baseline members can join Missions — activities that involve contributing data around a specific scientific question — directly through the Baseline app and study devices.
Through Missions, participants have provided information about COVID-19, as well as other topics like sleep, motion and temperature. For example, as part of our COVID-19 Mission, Baseline members are logging information about how the pandemic is impacting them through the Study Watch to help explain more about the coronavirus.
Getting new resources and results
Joining Project Baseline gives you access to our portal, where you can see studies you may qualify for at a glance. You can also access certain results from the study released by researchers, learn about the study team, and access exclusive updates.
Within Project Baseline, we are developing responsible ways to organize and assess many types of health data to understand and improve health in new ways.
