Good sleep boosts your learning and memory by 10-15% and can reduce your risk of cancer or Alzheimer's disease. Participating in sleep research can help us better understand why individuals may not be getting the sleep they need.

Why we want to learn about your sleep

Sleep is a critical part of our health.

But many of our sleep disorders go undiagnosed.

We are on a mission to advance the science of sleep so that more people can get the rest they need. By taking our sleep surveys, you can contribute to research while learning more about your personal sleep habits. Feel tired after sleeping?

If you snore loudly or still feel tired after a full night of sleep, you may suffer from sleep apnea such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

OSA is a disorder in which breathing stops and starts during sleep and it is the most common form of sleep apnea.
